Although WPC products are made with low-maintenance materials, their features require special storage and handing. Before installation, all products should be stored flat and on a dry surface. When moving and working them, pls carry on edge of them for better support. Never dump and slide them against each other. In order to prevent damage to the surface of products, pls don’t slide tools or drag equipment across the top.

For dirt, dust and other residue, simply sweep with a broom or clean with a damp cloth. If necessary wash the products down in the direction of the grain pattern to avoid damaging the products with a power washer, but must note it’s pressure.  Other clean machine could be used along with the proper cleaning products. Use caution not to damage the material and always take the proper safety precautions when operating a power washer.

Owing to as outdoor products, their surface will be unavoidably be painted, stained, and rusted as well as snow and ice. Subsequent special measures applications will be necessary to maintain appearance.

For mildew spot: pls mix detergent with sodium hypochlorite into warm water according to proportion instructed on the packing label; Scrub the stain lightly and rinse thoroughly.

For rusty spot: pls mix detergent with phosphoric acid into warm water according to proportion instructed on the packing label; Scrub the stain lightly and rinse thoroughly.

For oil spot: pls use degreasing agent according to the instruction on the packing label; Scrub the stain lightly and rinse thoroughly.

For snow and ice: pls take a good care to not damage the surface when shoveling snow or ice off of it. Rock salt or calcium chloride maybe used to melt snow and salt on the surface. Then rinse off with water or mild soap water solution.

Scratches, nicks, cuts and grooves can be eliminated by using a wire brush. Brush in the direction of the grain of the products.  For deeper scratches and abrasion a soldering iron can be used. By applying heat to the scratch with the round of tip of soldering iron. The damaged area will be less visible.
