Please note that installation of SINBADA WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of SINBADA WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of detection.
2. SINBADAWPC® warrants to the original purchaser that SINBADAWPC® Composite Decking conforms to SINBADA WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials

and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for a period of [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. SINBADAWPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all SINBADAWPC® Composite

Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will

not occur for a period of [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period of time has elapsed, or until the

property on which SINBADA WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Warranty only applies when material is used under normal residential/light commercial foot traffic conditions.
5. Decking must be installed in accordance with SINBADAWPC® written installation instructions or SINBADAWPC installation instructions。
6. Regular maintenance, as described in SINBADAWPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be followed. Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or

chemicals is not covered under this warranty. 

7. SINBADAWPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.
8. Damage caused by furniture, appliances, wheeled items, or items drug across the face of the material are not covered under this warranty.
9. Damage caused by fire, flooding, other natural disasters, acts of God, shipping, construction or installation-related damage are not covered under this warranty.
10. Negligence, erosion, improper drainage, settlement or movement to the structure to which decking is installed, voids this warranty.
11. Product quality, defects in material, or error that doesn’t not exceed 5% of material is not covered under this warranty.
12. SINBADAWPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.
13. In no event will SINBADAWPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.
14. This warranty is transferable once, within five [5] years of original purchase date. Warranty registration is required within thirty [30] days upon purchase of material.

Failure to register in this timeframe will void this warranty.
